The CANDIB project that is the most advanced relates to the history of the design of warships in Canada. The late Jim Williams, the person responsible for this project, has done excellent work and has compiled a wealth of information. The work is entitled “A History of the Canadian Industry Warship Design Capability, 1945 to 2002.”
The two attachments that follow provide an introduction to Jim’s work. Here is the cover followed by an Index and Summary. The entire publication can be found here. Note that the blue text does not indicate links to other associated documents. Jim’s complete report is contained as item 447 under the heading “History” in the CNTHA Collection and can be viewed at DHH in Ottawa.
